Do you have a call out fee?
No, we do not charge a call out fee. Our tech will come to site, assess what you need to fix your issue and provide you an upfront cost to do so.
How quickly can you get to my home
We have 10 vehicles on the road and so can get to most jobs the day you call. We can usually do the work there and then too
What is the quoting process?
Our technician will assess the problem you have and give you some options to best fix it. Once you accept our quote we can start the work there and then
Can you get my hot water back on today?
We have temporary hot water units that we can install. Some hot water unit replacements can take a bit of time so if thats the case for your job we offer a free temporary hot water unit to get your hot water up and running in the mean time
What areas do you service?
We service the whole Perth and Pee region. Our technicians live all up and down Perth so we try to keep them local to where they live
Will I have to stay in all day?
No, We have 2 hour arrival time slots. You technician will call you when you are on their way. You can even track their arrival through our job booking app
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we have Woolf Plumbings special "25-Year Workmanship Warranty" this means that if something we installed fails because of an installation error we will get it back up and running under warranty
Do you have payment options?
Yes, all of our work is payment on completion but we do have "no interest" payment options so that you can get the work done today and pay later. The process is quick and can be done onsite with out technicians
Do you provide a quote over the phone?
Generally no. Our technicians always come to site so we can see you job as a whole. We have to consider the whole installation to decide on the best course of action. We pride ourselves on not conducting any sneaky sales tactics of giving low prices over the phone to then surprise our customers onsite later.
How much do plumbing repairs cost?
It is really hard to guess what a specific plumbing fix would cost because every scenario is different. Most fixes range from $300 - $1500 when we look at all plumbing problems we deal with.

Hey, I'm Ashley
I have been operating Woolf Plumbing since 2103 as a sole trader before becoming a company in 2018. We have 16 people in the business helping our customers all across Perth.
Our motto at Woolf Plumbing is "We're Not Tradies, We Are Tradesmen" because we do things differently here. We have all trained hard to be good plumbers and that is the easy bit. We excel at everything else thats is required to run a good business. We make sure our staff are friendly, presentable and on time. Our office staff always answer the phone and communicate all through the day with our customers letting them know whats happening with their tech.
When our techs are in your property we know its a personal space so we make sure to respect it. We have dedicated tool mats and use drop sheets to protect your home. Once were done we actually clean up after ourselves.
We really look after our staff so they can focus on looking after our customers
